We had a great weekend. Jeff got home safe and sound from the Philippines and we are happy to have our Dad back. Mother's day was great this year. The kids got me a cute skirt I could wear to church. It is so much fun to wear a new outfit! Later that day I made the best cinnamon rolls ever! The recipe is
here. Let me just say, I have never made such yummy ooey gooey cinnamon rolls before. I ate one and put the rest promptly in the freezer before I ate the whole batch. Jeff made me a delicious dinner of Lasagna and salad, I love it when I don't have to cook! We went to the park where the kids played and Dad napped/ snored. I had to laugh when Danica came up to me asking me what the noise was. When I told her dad was snoring, she looked at me and said how embarrassing...can we walk over to the other playground. She is such a mini teenager. It was a good weekend and a very happy Mother's day.

Those rolls looked so good. I wanted to lick my computer screen in hopes that I could get a taste. Sounds like it was a great day for you. Happy Mother's Day!
Good for you for just eating one of those yummy rolls. I don't think I could limit it to that. They look sooo good!
